B.S. Bricks is a growing manufacturer and supplier of concrete paver blocks, interlocking blocks, and kerb stones, serving builders, contractors, commercial projects, residential projects, institutions, and other construction projects.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit builders, contractors, architects, civil engineers, developers, dealers, and construction sites regularly.
- Identify new construction projects and generate sales leads.
- Introduce B.S. Bricks products and explain available designs, sizes, colors, and applications.
- Meet project decision-makers and understand their requirements.
- Collect project details such as area, product requirement, quantity, location, budget, and expected delivery date.
- Generate qualified leads and coordinate for site visits and quotations.
- Follow up with customers regularly and convert leads into orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and existing customers.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market activity.
- Maintain a daily record of visits, leads, quotations, follow-ups, and orders.
- Update the company’s Google Sheet/CRM every day.




- Coordinate with the management regarding quotations, pricing, production, delivery, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and meet customers in the field.
- Basic knowledge of construction/building materials is preferred.
- Experience in building materials, paver blocks, tiles, cement products, construction, or real-estate sales will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic mobile applications.
- Should be honest, disciplined, target-oriented, and good at follow-ups.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Compensation

₹10,000/month + travel allowance + performance-based sales incentives.

Additional incentives will be provided based on successful sales and payment collections.

Significant

This is a field-oriented sales position. The candidate should be comfortable spending most working days meeting customers and visiting construction projects.
