- Site Execution & Supervision: Monitor daily construction and installation activities (piling, module mounting structures [MMS], solar panels, and inverter stations) to ensure adherence to approved drawings and project timelines. [1, 2]
- Quality & Safety Control: Enforce Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE) guidelines, conduct safety briefings, and ensure structural and electrical workmanship meets industry standards. [1, 2]
- Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors; prepare daily/weekly progress reports (MIS) for the head office. [1, 2]
- Testing & Commissioning: Assist in pre-commissioning checks, cable testing, earthing measurements, and the final handover of the plant.
Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
