Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work such as RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing.
- Read and understand basic civil drawings, layouts and construction plans.
- Supervise contractors, workers and site labour.
- Allocate manpower according to daily work requirements.
- Monitor quality and ensure work is completed as per drawings and instructions.
- Check material requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for timely availability.
- Monitor material usage and maintain basic site records.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for ongoing site activities.
- Track daily work progress and report updates to the senior/project team.
- Identify and report construction issues, delays or quality concerns.
- Ensure basic safety, housekeeping and discipline at the site.
- Maintain daily records of manpower, materials and work progress.
- Assist the Project Manager / Construction Head in smooth site execution.

Candidate Profile

- 2–3 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.




- Candidates with strong practical site experience may also be considered.
- Experience in real estate, residential construction or civil contracting preferred.
- Valuable understanding of basic civil construction activities and materials.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be comfortable working at a construction site in Khopoli.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
