Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Business Development Trainees / Business Growth Trainees to support our B2B college outreach initiatives across key South Indian cities.

The Trainee will be responsible for identifying potential college partners, generating B2B prospects, initiating conversations with key decision-makers, and scheduling meetings for BVA. The role involves extensive market research, calling, prospect generation, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.

The initial engagement will be virtual, with opportunities for in-person meetings when discussions progress positively.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential colleges and institutions across assigned South Indian cities.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of B2B college prospects.
- Connect with key college decision-makers, including TPOs, Directors, Deans, HODs, and Principals.
- Conduct outbound calls and initiate professional conversations with prospective institutions.
- Understand the requirements and identify relevant opportunities for collaboration.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move conversations forward.
- Schedule meetings between prospective colleges and the BVA team.




- Maintain accurate records of prospects, interactions, follow-ups, and meeting status.
- Work towards achieving prospect-generation, meeting-scheduling, and MOU-related targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth progression of qualified leads.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- Fluent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in any two of the following languages:
- Hindi
- Tamil
- Kannada
- Telugu
- Malayalam
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and professional communication.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in Business Development / Business Growth.

Career Opportunity

Upon successful completion of the 3–4 month Trainee program, candidates may be considered for a permanent role based on performance and business requirements.

Selected candidates for the permanent role will be offered an attractive, market-standard salary package, along with opportunities for growth opportunities and performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
