Qualification

- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the State Medical Council / NMC.
- MD/DNB in Critical Care Medicine, Anaesthesiology, General Medicine, or Emergency Medicine will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ICU / Critical Care.
- Experience in managing critically ill patients, preferably in a multi-specialty hospital.
- Freshers with relevant ICU exposure may also be considered based on hospital requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and manage patients with life-threatening and complex medical conditions.
- Conduct regular patient assessments and monitor vital signs, investigations, and clinical progress.
- Initiate and manage emergency interventions, including CPR and Advanced Life Support, when required.
- Manage ventilated patients and assist with airway management and other critical care procedures.
- Coordinate with consultants, intensivists, nursing staff, and other departments regarding patient care.




- Maintain accurate and timely patient case records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the hospital.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
- Communicate appropriately with patients' attendants regarding the patient's clinical condition, as per hospital policy.
- Participate in handovers, clinical meetings, and quality-improvement activities.

- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night duties.

Pay: Up to ₹85,070.92 per month
