Job Title: IT Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage our day-to-day IT operations, maintain network infrastructure, and provide technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who ensures our systems run smoothly and securely. Key Responsibilities

- Technical Support: Resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal team members.
- System Maintenance: Install, configure, and update workstations, operating systems, and software applications.
- Network Infrastructure: Monitor and maintain office networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Data Security: Implement and monitor data backup schedules, antivirus software, and security protocols.
- Inventory Management: Track, document, and manage IT assets, licenses, and equipment inventory.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduation degree required (B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/IT,



BCA, or B.Sc. in IT preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support or system administration role.
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN), and troubleshooting hardware.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a patient, customer-centric approach to solving user problems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
