Job Title: Steward
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food & beverages, and ensuring smooth floor operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests professionally
- Present menu and take accurate orders
- Serve food and beverages as per SOP
- Ensure table setup and cleanliness
- Coordinate with kitchen for timely service
- Handle guest queries and basic complaints
- Maintain hygiene and grooming standards
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in restaurant
- Basic English communication
- Valuable grooming and customer service skills
- Ability to work in shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
