About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ORM (Online Reputation Management) Intern to join our digital marketing team. The intern will assist in monitoring, managing, and improving the online presence and reputation of our brand and clients across search engines, social media, review platforms, and other online channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor online mentions, reviews, comments, and discussions related to the company and its clients.
- Track brand reputation across Google, social media platforms, review websites, forums, and other relevant channels.
- Assist in responding to customer reviews and online feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify negative, misleading, or potentially harmful content and escalate issues when required.
- Support the team in developing strategies to improve positive online visibility.
- Conduct competitor and reputation analysis.
- Assist with creating and publishing positive, informative, and SEO-friendly content.
- Track search engine results pages (SERPs) and monitor changes in brand visibility.
- Maintain records and reports of reviews, mentions, responses, and reputation-related activities.
- Support outreach and content promotion activities to strengthen online brand presence.
- Stay updated on ORM, SEO, social media, and digital reputation trends.





Requirements

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, and ORM.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to write professional and customer-friendly responses.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive or negative feedback professionally.
- Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Search, Google Business Profile, social media platforms, and review websites is a plus.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Familiarity with social listening or reputation-management tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / Search Console is an advantage.
- Content writing or copywriting experience is a plus.
