IR / HR Executive

Location: Adajan, Surat
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate – HR, MSW, Labour Welfare or related field

Job Description:
We are looking for an IR/HR Executive to manage employee relations, labour compliance and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Manage labour law and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate contractor compliance and workforce-related activities.
- Handle EPF, ESIC and factory compliance.
- Maintain statutory records, MIS and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities when required.

Requirements:

- Valuable knowledge of Industrial Relations and Labour Laws.
- 1–2 years of relevant industrial/HR experience.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in an industrial environment.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
