- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.
- Record daily income, expenses, and service payments.
- Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Process salaries, wages, and staff reimbursements accurately.
- Maintain records of client payments and service charges.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and accounting reports.
- Monitor cash flow and manage day-to-day financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounting records regularly.
- Ensure compliance with tax, billing, and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, and other departments on financial matters.
