Job Title: Data Entry / Computer Operator

Experience: Freshers welcome (training provided); 1–2 years of Amazon/Shopify experience preferred

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About Us

Planet Pets India is a growing online pet store selling pet products and accessories across India through our website and Amazon. We're looking for an organised, detail-focused person to handle the day-to-day backend operations of our online store.

Order Management

. Process and manage daily orders from Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.

. Coordinate with the packaging and dispatch team to make sure orders ship on time

. Track every order until it is delivered

. Handle order cancellations, returns and refunds

. Inventory Coordination

. Keep stock levels updated on Amazon and Shopify

.



Flag low-stock and out-of-stock products on time

Reports

. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports in Google Sheets

. Share reports directly with the owner

. What We're Looking For

. Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Shopify (freshers will be trained)

. Comfortable with Google Sheets (basic formulas, data entry, straightforward reports)

. Able to communicate in English, Hindi

. Organised and able to handle multiple tasks in a day
