Job Summary

We are looking for an FMS Engineer with experience in Desktop Support and Network Support. The candidate will be responsible for providing L1/L2 technical support, troubleshooting desktop and network issues, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 Desktop and IT Infrastructure Support to users.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Provide support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot IP, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and connectivity-related issues.
- Manage Active Directory including user creation, password reset, account unlock, and access management.
- Support Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Teams and other enterprise applications.
- Perform basic network monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Handle IT tickets, incidents, service requests, and SLA-based resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware, network, and infrastructure issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.




- Perform basic backup, antivirus, patching, and security-related activities.
- Support IT infrastructure during system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
- Prepare daily/weekly support reports and maintain troubleshooting documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in Desktop Support + Network Support / FMS.
- Hands-on experience in an onsite support environment.
- Good communication and user-handling skills.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot desktop, hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Willingness to work from the client location as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
