About the Role

Felic Media is looking for a creative and performance-driven Brand & Social Media Marketing Executive to manage social media presence, support brand growth, and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, paid advertising, audience targeting, and campaign performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
- Manage all social media platforms.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars in collaboration with the creative team.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Create and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and business objectives.
- Work closely with designers, content writers, video editors, and clients.
- Support brand-building initiatives and digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular social media and performance marketing reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media, advertising, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social platforms.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of branding and content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
