Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Team Leader to manage and supervise the housekeeping team in a private residence. The candidate should have strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards, attention to detail, and good team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
- Allocate duties and prepare daily housekeeping schedules.
- Ensure all areas of the residence are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- Inspect bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, guest areas, and other spaces regularly.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and service standards.
- Monitor the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Maintain proper stock of housekeeping supplies, linen, toiletries, and cleaning products.
- Ensure proper handling and care of furniture, furnishings, fixtures, and valuable items.
- Coordinate with other household staff such as chefs, butlers, drivers, and maintenance staff when required.
- Handle special cleaning requirements before and during guest visits.




- Report maintenance issues, damages, or other concerns to the concerned person.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in the private residence.
- Ensure the housekeeping team follows proper hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a private residence, luxury hotel, villa, or high-end hospitality environment.
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping Team Leader / Supervisor role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of luxury housekeeping and cleaning standards.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to train and supervise housekeeping staff.
- Professional, trustworthy, and well-groomed.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule when required.
- Knowledge of handling delicate fabrics, luxury furniture, linen, and household items will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,932.77 - ₹22,336.77 per month
