Key roles and responsibilities

- Site execution: Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Drawing review: Study architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and identify discrepancies or site-related issues before execution.
- Setting out: Check dimensions, levels, alignment, coordinates, and locations of structural and architectural elements.
- Quality control: Inspect reinforcement, formwork, concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishes, and other works before and during execution.
- Material management: Estimate material requirements, monitor consumption, check delivered materials, and coordinate timely availability.
- Manpower coordination: Allocate and monitor labor, subcontractors, equipment, and other site resources.
- Progress monitoring: Track daily progress against the construction schedule and report delays or constraints to the project/site manager.
- Safety: Coordinate with the safety team and ensure site activities comply with applicable HSE procedures,



including PPE and secure working practices.
- Inspections: Prepare inspection requests and coordinate with consultants/clients for approvals at different stages of construction.
- Documentation: Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, checklists, material records, test reports, and other site documentation.
- Quantity verification: Measure completed work and assist with quantity take-offs, subcontractor bills, and progress-payment verification.
- Technical coordination: Coordinate civil, architectural, structural, and MEP activities to minimize clashes and rework.
- Problem solving: Resolve practical site issues and escalate design or technical problems requiring consultant/design-team clarification.
- Handover: Assist with snagging/punch-list closure, testing, as-built documentation, and final project handover.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
