Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Coordinator with 2–4 years of experience in export-import documentation, DGFT procedures, bank documentation and international lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for handling export orders, preparing documentation, coordinating with banks and freight forwarders, and generating new international business opportunities for our PVC compounds and masterbatches.

- prepare and manage export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, proforma invoices and shipping bills.
- Handle export documentation and coordinate with customs agents for customs clearance.
- Prepare and verify certificates of origin, bills of lading and other shipment-related documents.
- Ensure accuracy of all export documents and maintain proper records.
- Handle export inquiries, quotations and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the production team regarding order status and delivery schedules.
- Arrange shipments through freight forwarders and shipping agents.
- Obtain and compare freight quotations and track shipments until delivery.
- Coordinate with customers regarding dispatch schedules and shipment updates.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders,



customs agents and shipping lines for export shipments.
- Maintain relationships with existing international customers and follow up on repeat orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve documentation and shipment-related issues.
- Maintain export sales reports, customer databases and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–4 years in export-import, export sales or export documentation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Practical knowledge of export documentation, DGFT procedures and bank documentation.
- Experience with shipping bills, e-BRC, IEC, commercial invoices and packing lists.
- Knowledge of export payments, LC documentation and foreign remittances.
- Experience in international lead generation and B2B sales follow-ups.
- Valuable English communication and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience in PVC, polymers, plastics or manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
