Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Resort Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our resort in Wayanad.

Freshers with valuable communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys interacting with people and handling day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them during check-in and check-out.
- Understand customer requirements and arrange the necessary services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other staff to ensure rooms and common areas are ready for guests.
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic issues.
- Coordinate food, activities, transportation, and other guest requirements when needed.
- Monitor the day-to-day operations of the resort.




- Maintain basic guest and booking records.
- Coordinate with management regarding bookings, expenses, maintenance, and other operational matters.
- Ensure guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
- Handle any other day-to-day resort management responsibilities.
