Job Title: Accounts Executive – Food Industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting functions for our food processing/manufacturing business. The role involves handling payables, receivables, GST compliance, taxation, and finalization of accounts up to the balance sheet level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate books of accounts (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries).
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer collections
- Handle invoicing, billing, and regular payment follow-ups
- Maintain and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and stock-related entries
- Ensure timely GST filings, returns, and statutory compliance
- Handle TDS, income tax matters, and other statutory requirements
- Maintain proper books of accounts and documentation
- Assist in preparation and finalization of balance sheet and financial statements




- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams, to streamline accounting processes
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements
- Support inventory accounting and cost tracking (raw materials, production, finished goods)

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in food manufacturing/FMCG
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
- Experience with inventory accounting is an advantage
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Good communication and follow-up skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in factory or production-based accounting
- Understanding of cost control and stock management
- Ability to handle end-to-end accounts independently

Salary: ₹2.40 – ₹4.20 LPA (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
