Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an international voice process in the Banking & Cards domain.

Eligibility

- Graduate: 1–12 years BPO Voice experience
- HSC: 18 months–10 years BPO Voice experience
- Freshers are not eligible
- International voice experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Maximum age: 30 years

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international voice support.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Meet quality, SLA, KPI, AHT and customer experience targets.
- Follow process guidelines and compliance standards.

Shift & Schedule

- Rotational / Night Shifts




- 9-hour shifts
- 6 days working
- Weekend working may be required

Selection Process

HR Round → V&A; → Operations

V&A; Fast Track:

- BPO1: Graduate + 12 months experience → Direct Operations
- BPOZ: HSC/Undergraduate + 18–24 months experience → Direct Operations
