- Manage the day-to-day operations of the slimming/weight-management center.
- Supervise counselors, therapists, nutritionists, trainers, and front-office staff.
- Handle customer consultations, follow-ups, feedback, and service issues.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, consultation, and customer-retention targets.
- Convert enquiries and consultations into treatment/program enrollments.
- Maintain customer records, appointments, payments, and daily reports.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, grooming, and service quality.
- Coordinate with nutritionists/therapists to ensure clients receive appropriate services.
- Drive local marketing activities, referrals, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, inventory, and operational standards.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
- Ensure company policies and customer-service standards are followed.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
