About the Job

We are looking for experienced and hardworking Field Sales Executives / Salesmen to expand our cattle-feed business across Haryana.

The candidate will be responsible for developing dealers, distributors, retailers and dairy-farmer customers in the assigned territory and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Develop new dealers, distributors, retailers and dairy-farmer customers.
- Visit the market regularly and generate new business.
- Promote and sell cattle-feed products.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and dairy farmers.
- Conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Coordinate orders, payments and dispatches.
- Track competitor activity, pricing and market requirements.
- Maintain regular records of market visits and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of field-sales experience.
- Experience in cattle feed,



animal nutrition, dairy, agriculture, agri-inputs, FMCG or related industries preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of the local market and customer network.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working independently.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Candidates with existing dealer/dairy-farmer contacts will be preferred.

Compensation

₹15,000–₹30,000/month + performance-based sales incentives/bonus
