We are looking for a proactive and organized Production & Shoot Coordinator Intern to assist with the planning and execution of shoots for a digital content creator.

The intern will be responsible for coordinating with different people involved in shoots and making sure shoot-related arrangements are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate shoot-related arrangements and requirements
- Make calls and follow up with vendors, locations, restaurants, hotels, brands and other contacts
- Coordinate with people involved in upcoming shoots
- Help with location research and confirmations
- Manage shoot schedules and basic coordination
- Follow up on permissions, bookings and other shoot requirements
- Assist the team during shoots whenever required




- Maintain clear communication and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Handle multiple shoot-related tasks and last-minute requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

- Good communication and calling skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people
- Organized and responsible
- Quick learner and proactive in getting things done
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Docs and basic computer work
- Previous production experience is not mandatory
- Freshers and students can apply

Internship: Full time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
