Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive for a company engaged in the supply and distribution of Electrical Earthing and Lightning Protection Equipment. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products, generating business leads, developing dealer and client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, an interest in technical product sales, and a willingness to travel for field visits and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell electrical earthing and lightning protection equipment to potential customers, dealers, contractors, and businesses.
- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities through field marketing, client visits, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, builders, electricians, dealers, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Visit construction sites, project locations, electrical shops, and commercial establishments to promote company products.
- Explain product features, applications, and benefits to customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.
- Identify and develop new dealer and distributor networks to expand market reach.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to convert inquiries into sales.
- Travel across assigned locations, including Durg, Bhilai, Rajnandgaon, and Raipur, for sales and marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.




- Maintain customer databases, prepare daily visit reports, and provide regular market feedback to management.

Candidate Requirements

- Preferred Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products and solutions is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.

- Starting Salary: ₹9,000 per month.
