Telecaller Executive

Experience: 1–5 YearsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month + IncentivesJob Type: Full time | Office-Based

Job Description:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Explain Ayurvedic/Healthcare products clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain daily calling records and customer details.
- Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and office team for order processing.

Required Skills:

- 1–5 years of experience in telecalling/sales preferred.
- Good Hindi & English communication skills.
- Ayurveda/Healthcare product knowledge preferred.
- Strong convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in Ayurvedic/Healthcare telecalling will be an added advantage
- Share resume on -(phone hidden).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
