About the Role

Owleto Technologies is looking for a talented and creative Creative Designer to join Owleto Media Lab, its subsidiary creative media division, in Kozhikode.

Owleto Media Lab works with major clients and diverse brands, creating impactful visual communication across digital and creative platforms.

We’re looking for someone who can turn ideas, campaign briefs, and brand requirements into compelling visual experiences across social media, digital campaigns, advertising, branding, and marketing communication.

You’ll work closely with content, marketing, video, and other creative professionals across multiple brands and client projects. If you have a strong visual sense, enjoy exploring new creative directions, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, we’d love to see your work.

What You’ll Do

- Create engaging designs for social media, digital ads, campaigns, and marketing communication across multiple brands and clients.
- Translate client briefs, campaign requirements, and content ideas into strong visual concepts.
- Develop creative assets for brand campaigns, promotions, digital advertising, and ongoing social media communication.
- Adapt designs across different platforms, formats, and brand requirements.
- Understand and maintain the individual visual identity and brand guidelines of different clients.
- Collaborate with content writers, marketers, video editors, and other creative team members to execute campaigns.




- Contribute creative ideas and visual directions during brainstorming and campaign discussions.
- Handle multiple client requirements while maintaining creative quality and meeting deadlines.
- Experiment with typography, layouts, visual styles, and emerging creative formats.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients while maintaining the quality of creative output.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, advertising trends, and emerging creative technologies.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design, Visual Communication, or a similar role.
- Agency experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, digital campaigns, branding, advertising, and visual communication.
- Good proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to understand a creative/client brief and translate it into effective visual communication.
- Good understanding of social media and digital advertising creative formats.
- Ability to adapt creatively across different brands, industries, and target audiences.




- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and working through revisions.
- Creative, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.

Added Advantages

- Knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics.
- Video editing skills.
- Experience in brand identity development.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative and design tools.
