Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and generating leads or sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain company products/services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team for further follow-up.
- Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with customers.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi and English communication skills; Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets or CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills are welcome.

Preferred Skills

- Telecalling / Customer Service / Sales experience.
- Lead generation and follow-up experience.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
