We are looking for a agile professional who can understand client requirements, conduct site visits, coordinate with design teams, contractors, and architects, and successfully convert leads into high-value project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

- Consultative Meetings: Conduct detailed client meetings to understand project requirements, business objectives, functional needs, and design preferences.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and key stakeholders.
- Primary Contact: Act as the main point of contact during the design, estimation, and proposal stages.

Business Development & Project Conversion





- Pitch & Proposal Support: Assist the sales and technical teams in preparing presentations, technical proposals, and project pitches.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely, strategic follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and consistently achieve sales conversion targets.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with Design, Estimation, Project Management, Procurement, and Production teams.
- Seamless Handshake: Ensure smooth, clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders during the pre-sales and handover phases.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
