We are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead end-to-end execution of

ground-mounted solar power projects (utility-scale/large commercial). The ideal

candidate will have a solid background in solar EPC project management, from site

handover through commissioning, and will be responsible for on-time, on-budget, and

quality-compliant delivery of multiple ground mount solar sites simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

 Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of ground mount solar EPC projects

(MW-scale) from site mobilization to commissioning and handover.

 Prepare and monitor detailed project execution plans (Gantt charts/MS Project)

covering civil, mechanical (module mounting structures), electrical (DC & AC

side), and BOS works.

 Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards across all

active sites.

 Coordinate land development, soil testing, topographical survey, and site

readiness activities prior to construction.

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
