Job Summary

NetSet Software Solutions is looking for an energetic and confident Growth & Sales Executive to drive outbound sales and generate qualified business opportunities across international markets.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Business Development, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or International Sales and be comfortable connecting with new prospects through LinkedIn, email, calls, and video meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute outbound sales and lead-generation campaigns.
- Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other online channels.
- Connect with decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
- Present NetSet Software’s IT services and solutions effectively.
- Conduct initial sales, discovery, and qualification calls.
- Handle objections and maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects.
- Identify and qualify genuine business opportunities.
- Coordinate with senior sales and technical teams for further discussions.
- Maintain accurate prospect, lead, and sales pipeline records.
- Explore new markets, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
- Work towards meetings,



qualified leads, sales opportunities, and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or International Sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Comfortable speaking with international prospects over calls and video meetings.
- Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and online prospecting.
- Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Ability to understand technology services and explain them in simple business terms.
- Strong relationship-building and client-handling skills.
