Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer to provide technical support, installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for industrial equipment and systems. The candidate will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable equipment performance and timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, inspect, and maintain industrial equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and equipment-related issues.
- Attend customer service calls and provide on-site technical support.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Identify equipment faults and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with customers to understand equipment issues and service requirements.
- Support equipment testing, calibration, and performance checks.
- Coordinate with the engineering and spare-parts teams for technical requirements.




- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ensure service activities are completed within the required timeline.
- Follow company safety procedures and customer/site safety requirements.
- Travel to customer/project locations as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering field.
- 1–5 years of experience in service, maintenance, commissioning, or troubleshooting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and service reporting.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer and project locations.
