This is a Field Sales Executive role for a uPVC windows and doors business in Buldhana.

- Main work: Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners to promote and sell uPVC products.
- Work split: 80% field work, 20% office work.
- Sales: Follow up on company leads and generate your own leads, conduct site visits, give quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
- Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.
- Experience: 2–3 years of field sales experience; building-material sales is preferred.
- Requirements: Own two-wheeler, willingness to travel across Buldhana, good Marathi and Hindi, basic English, and confidence dealing with professionals.
- Perks: Sales incentives, fuel/travel allowance, and potential promotion to Area Sales Manager for strong performers.

In simple terms: You will spend most of your time travelling around Buldhana,



meeting potential customers and professionals, convincing them to buy the company's uPVC windows/doors, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
