Job Description:
Bastian Hospitality Pune Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities for our hospitality operations in Pune.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles
- Employee onboarding, documentation, and coordination
- Maintaining HR records, attendance, and employee data
- Liaising with department heads for manpower planning
- Handling routine HR operations and follow-ups

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Pune-based candidates preferred
