Position Title: Application Engineer

Reports To: Territory Sales Manager

Remuneration (Approx. CTC): ₹5.0 LPA to ₹8.0 LPA

Location: Vadodara

Ideal Profile & Requirements:

Educational Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical)

Total & Relevant Experience: 2 to 5 years

Age Limit: 24 to 28 years

Functional & Technical Expertise:

Pre-sales, technical consultation, and engineering principles behind product applications.

Understanding product technical specifications and operational limitations.

Technical support, troubleshooting, and product demonstrations.

Purpose of the Role:

Deliver ambitious sales growth within assigned focus markets.

Drive business development and secure product specification and approval with key Institutions and OEMs.

Build a healthy project pipeline to propel long-term commercial success.

Main Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

Technical Sales & Pre-Sales: Meet with prospective clients daily to assess technical needs, conduct product demonstrations, and recommend customized solutions.

Account & Pipeline Management: Develop deep technical knowledge of product technologies (such as industrial adhesives) to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate solid long-term business relationships with key decision-makers, influencers,



and technical leads at large manufacturing facilities and OEMs.

Reporting & Compliance: Ensure prompt and accurate submission of daily sales reports, respecting strict adherence to deadlines.

Key Stakeholder Interactions:

External (Customers): Daily client visits, technical solution presentations, product demonstrations, and continuous technical support.

Internal (Cross-Functional Teams):

Reporting Manager: Regular communication on client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline updates.

Purchase Team: Collaborate on material requirements to align with project timelines.

Accounts Team: Coordinate on client billing, invoicing, and payment processing.

Management Team: Align on strategic sales targets and business initiatives.

Working Conditions:

Field Travel: Requires high mobility with up to 90% travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and technical demonstrations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
