House of EX is looking for a Buying Intern to join our growing team in Noida.

If you are someone who loves fashion, products, sourcing and discovering new vendors, this could be a great opportunity to learn how a fast-growing gifting brand builds its product range.

What You’ll Work On:

- Identify and research recent products & categories for gifting
- Find and coordinate with manufacturers & suppliers
- Vendor communication and follow-ups
- Collect samples, quotations and product details
- Compare prices, quality and MOQ
- Maintain vendor & product data
- Support the buying team in developing new collections
- Assist in negotiating with vendors and managing purchase requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

- 0–1 year experience / Freshers welcome
- Preferred: background in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Merchandising, Product Design, Fashion Management or related fields




- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong research and follow-up ability
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
- Someone who is curious, proactive and willing to learn

Location: Noida

Duration: 2–3 Months Paid Internship
