Store Manager – Tumbledry Dry Cleaning

About the Role

We are looking for a sincere, hardworking, responsible, and customer-friendly Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Tumbledry Dry Cleaning store in Jalandhar Cantt.

The ideal candidate should be someone who takes ownership, is comfortable interacting with customers, can manage a small team, and is willing to actively contribute to the growth of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Open and close the store as per scheduled timings.
- Manage the day-to-day store operations smoothly and efficiently.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Ensure customers receive polite, respectful, and excellent service.
- Manage and supervise store staff and ensure discipline and productivity.
- Make cold calls to potential customers and local businesses to generate new business.
- Support local marketing, promotional activities, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Operate computer systems for billing, customer records, order management, and other store activities.
- Prepare bills and maintain accurate payment and transaction records.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and outstanding collections.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent customers.
- Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of garments/orders.
- Ensure proper quality checks and maintain high service standards.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Take ownership of store performance and resolve operational issues proactively.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise a team.
- Comfortable making calls to customers and local businesses.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Honest, sincere, hardworking, and dedicated personality.
- Humble and polite approach towards customers and team members.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business.
- Punctuality and discipline are a must.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, laundry/dry cleaning, or store management will be an advantage.
