Assistant Manager – AIF Operations

Job Location: BKC, Mumbai
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA (Strictly not appearing for CA exams) or candidates with relevant experience in AIF Operations

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).
- Handle and supervise accounting and operational activities related to AIF.
- Coordinate with fund administrators, accounting consultants, and other external consultants.
- Prepare and review Management Fees, Distributor Fees, and Performance Fees workings.
- Handle Bank Reconciliation and other accounting-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI AIF regulations and requirements.
- Monitor operational processes and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and act as a problem-solver for operational issues.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts with the ability to supervise fund administrators/accounting consultants.
- Hands-on experience in AIF operations, accounting,



and compliance.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of SEBI compliance requirements for AIFs.
- Solid coordination and interpersonal skills to manage multiple consultants.
- Ownership mindset with a proactive and troubleshooting approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Profile:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in AIF Accounting / Compliance / Operations.
- Semi-Qualified CA who is not currently appearing for CA examinations, or a professional with strong hands-on AIF operations experience.

Pay: ₹60,805.67 - ₹77,566.74 per month
