Job Summary

Kargeen Restaurant is looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B; Manager to oversee the overall food and beverage operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences while maintaining operational and financial standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day food and beverage operations of the restaurant.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the service and F&B; team.
- Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and hospitality.
- Monitor restaurant service quality, staff grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Bar, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, and Management teams.
- Manage staff scheduling, shift planning, and manpower requirements.
- Train and develop service staff to improve product knowledge and service standards.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Monitor food and beverage sales, revenue, and operational performance.
- Work closely with the F&B; Cost Controller to monitor food and beverage costs.
- Ensure proper control of wastage, portion sizes, complimentary items, discounts, and voids.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with Purchase and Stores teams.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular briefings and meetings with the service team.




- Assist in menu promotions, special events, and new product launches.
- Develop strategies to improve guest satisfaction, sales, and repeat business.
- Prepare and review operational reports for management.
- Ensure all restaurant policies and standard operating procedures are followed.
- Support management in achieving revenue and profitability objectives.

Requirements

- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Previous experience as an F&B; Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant F&B; Manager is preferred.
- Experience in a reputed restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and restaurant operations.
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong guest-handling and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of POS systems, restaurant operations, and basic cost control.
- Ability to manage staff schedules and daily operations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
