- Perform laboratory-scale synthesis of APIs, pharmaceutical intermediates and KSMs as per defined synthetic routes.
- Conduct reaction development, optimization and process improvement for new and existing molecules.
- Execute reactions from gram scale to kilogram scale and support scale-up activities.
- Perform reaction monitoring, work-up, purification, crystallization, filtration and drying operations.
- Optimize parameters such as temperature, reaction time, pH, solvent, reagent quantity and reaction conditions to improve yield and purity.
- Identify and troubleshoot reaction failures, impurities, low yield and process-related issues.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, including batch records, experimental procedures, observations, calculations and results.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for sampling,



analysis and interpretation of analytical results.
- Develop and document new synthetic routes, process improvements and reproducible laboratory procedures.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of chemicals, solvents and laboratory waste in accordance with safety procedures.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, glassware and work areas in a clean and secure condition.
- Follow GMP, EHS, laboratory safety and company SOP requirements.
- Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates on project progress to the R&D; management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
