Key Responsibilities Provide enterprise-level support for Jira Cloud. Manage Jira projects, workflows and configurations. Manage users, groups, permissions and access. Configure custom fields, screens and schemes. Troubleshoot Jira Cloud issues and incidents. Support Jira integrations and third-party applications. Monitor and resolve performance and configuration issues. Handle service requests and production incidents. Support Jira Cloud migration and implementation activities. Prepare technical documentation and support processes. Required Skills 6–8 years of relevant experience. Strong experience with Jira Cloud. Jira administration and configuration. Knowledge of workflows, schemes and permissions. Experience with Jira integrations. Strong troubleshooting skills. Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
