- Lead full-cycle hiring, including workforce planning, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding programs.
- Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, handle grievances, and manage disciplinary or termination processes.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to local and national labor laws and maintain company handbooks and policies.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll coordination, salary benchmarking, and employee benefits administration.
- Performance & Training: Manage performance appraisal systems and design career development or training initiatives.
- HR Analytics: Monitor HR metrics (like turnover and retention) to support strategic business decisions.
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
