NeoRa Cafe is a modern café-on-wheels serving delicious quick food, Chinese dishes, beverages, and snacks. We are looking for an experienced and hardworking chef who can prepare tasty, hygienic, and consistent food for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Chinese and rapid-food dishes, especially different varieties of momos.
- Prepare noodles, fried rice, burgers, fries, sandwiches, and other café items.
- Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and food quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage food preparation and ingredient requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and work area.
- Handle busy hours efficiently and complete orders on time.
- Follow NeoRa Cafe's recipes and quality standards.

Requirements





- Previous experience as a Chinese/Fast Food Chef preferred.
- Strong skills in making momos and Chinese dishes.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced café environment.
- Good attitude, discipline, and punctuality.
- Creativity in preparing and presenting food will be an advantage.
