Sales Support Associate – Intern

Reports to: Sourcing Lead/Manager

Job Purpose

To support the Sourcing and Sales teams in sourcing products and services, researching vendors, obtaining competitive quotations, and assisting with customer requirements and RFQ processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in understanding customer requirements and specifications.
- Research and identify suitable vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
- Assist in preparing accurate and competitive quotes.
- Support RFQ processing, follow-ups, and revalidations.
- Coordinate with Sourcing, Sales, Freight, and other teams as required.
- Update ERP, RFQ tracking sheets, GPS, and sourcing records.
- Assist with market research and identifying new sources.




- Maintain vendor and quotation records.
- Support the team in meeting RFQ timelines and customer requirements.
- Perform other sourcing/sales support activities assigned by the Sourcing Lead/Manager.

Requirements

- Graduate/undergraduate in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Excel and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
