Key Responsibilities:
*Develop new crayons and stationery products based on market and customer requirements.
*Improve existing products in terms of quality, cost, design, and performance.
*Conduct product trials, testing, and sample approvals.
*Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales, and Chemical Lab teams.
*Select and evaluate raw materials and packaging materials.
*Prepare product specifications, BOMs, and development reports.
*Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
*Monitor current product development from concept to final production.
*Research market trends and competitor products.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
