Blitz Academy is looking for an experienced, confident, and result-oriented Senior Business Development Associate (Senior BDA) to join our growing team in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and convert prospective student leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' career goals, requirements, and interests to recommend suitable courses and programs.
- Explain Blitz Academy's courses, programs, and career opportunities effectively.
- Build robust relationships with prospective students and guide them throughout the decision-making process.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and enrollment targets.
- Handle customer objections, negotiations, and complex queries professionally.
- Develop effective strategies to improve lead conversion and sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support and guide junior BDA team members when required.
- Work closely with the team and management to achieve organizational sales goals.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the admission process.

Who We're Looking For

- Proven experience in sales, business development, inside sales, counselling, or related roles.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and converting leads.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal,



negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong customer handling and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned targets.
- Good understanding of sales processes and lead management.
- Experience in education sales or EdTech will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in mentoring or guiding junior sales team members will be an added advantage.
