Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic graduates to join our team as Process Associates. The role involves handling e-commerce-related non-voice processes, reviewing product/content information, and ensuring accuracy and quality in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle e-commerce non-voice processes such as product/content-related activities.
- Review and validate information for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform content writing, data entry, and content review tasks.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain attention to detail.
- Identify errors or inconsistencies and take appropriate action.




- Maintain good quality and accuracy while completing assigned work.
- Coordinate with the team when clarification or support is required.

Eligibility

- Any graduate can apply.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Good English communication skills, especially written communication.
- Positive reading and comprehension ability.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in an e-commerce operations environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
