You own features from the screen through the API and the data, and the systems that keep them running for other companies. You work across Python and Node.js, harden the infrastructure, and use AI where it changes the product. A large part of the work is the connections other software makes into ours, including MCP. What you?ll do Design, build, and ship full-stack features from the database to the UI. Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python and Node.js. Own the frontend so the product stays fast and reliable. Set up and improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, environments, and monitoring. Handle deployments, secrets, logging, scaling, and the first response when production breaks. Integrate AI where it earns its place: APIs, model use, evaluation, and the cost and latency of each call. Write code, tests, and notes so someone else can ship after you. Work with the founder on priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery. What you?ll bring 3+ years shipping production software as a full-stack developer. Solid Python and Node.js. Databases, auth,



and API design. Frontend work in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a up-to-date framework such as React or Next.js. Cloud you have run yourself on AWS or GCP, plus containers and the basics of networking. CI/CD, Docker, deployments, and a way to see when production is wrong. Practical use of models in a real product, not only coursework. You can work without a ticket for every step, and you can explain a decision in writing. Useful, not required Terraform, Kubernetes, or similar. LLM applications, RAG, vector databases, or MLOps. A startup or an early product. Open source or a public GitHub history. Company work in a private repository still counts. How we work This is a startup, not a 9-to-5.
