Job Summary

INFOCUS IT Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee and deliver multiple projects successfully while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in project planning and execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Coordinate with clients, management, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and agreed timelines.

Conduct project review meetings and maintain project documentation.

Manage team performance and ensure effective collaboration among team members.

Track project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Support business growth through effective client relationship management.

Required Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-6 years of experience in Project Management.

Proven experience managing IT Services, Software Development, Cyber Security, Audit, Consulting, or Digital Transformation projects.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid models.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools.

Preferred Skills

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience handling Government, PSU, Banking, or Enterprise-level projects.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
