Customer Service Representative – International Voice Process (Night Shift)

Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
Process: Blended – 90% Voice & 10% Email/Chat

What You’ll Do

- Handle customer queries via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain excellent communication standards across all channels.
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Follow company procedures for escalation and service level adherence.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve the customer experience.

Who We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
- Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written.




- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a US Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM).
- Good at multitasking and managing multiple communication channels.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the insurance or international BPO sector.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
- Quick learner with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
