About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic and good-communicating HR & Talent Development Intern who can help prepare candidates for interviews and support our team during bulk hiring drives.

This role is ideal for students or freshers interested in HR, recruitment, training, career development, public speaking and soft-skill training.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online and offline interview preparation sessions for candidates.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Train candidates on:
- Self-introduction
- HR interview questions
- Communication skills
- Confidence building
- Body language
- Professional etiquette
- Workplace behaviour
- Group discussions
- Basic resume/CV presentation
- Help candidates improve their interview performance and communication.
- Conduct individual and group training sessions.
- Support candidates before interviews during bulk recruitment drives.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate schedules and interview batches.
- Identify areas where candidates need improvement and guide them accordingly.
- Maintain basic records of training sessions and candidate participation.
- Assist with online workshops and offline candidate training activities.




- Support college and candidate engagement activities when required.

- Comfortable speaking to groups and conducting training sessions.
- Valuable command of English and Hindi.
- Interested in HR, recruitment, training, mentoring or career counselling.
- Students from HR, MBA, Psychology, English, Education, Management or related fields can apply.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, recruitment, public speaking or training is an advantage.

Full-Time Opportunity

This is a 6-month internship. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, commitment, communication skills and the ability to effectively handle candidate training and recruitment activities may be considered for a full-time employment opportunity after successful completion of the internship.

Please note: Full-time employment is performance-based.

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
