Chinese CDP – Café

Role: Chef de Partie (CDP) – Chinese
Experience: 3–6 years in Chinese / Café / Restaurant Kitchen

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, stir-fry, soups, and appetizers.
- Manage the Chinese section independently during daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Complete mise en place and ensure all ingredients are ready for service.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain food quality and consistency.
- Handle wok cooking, sauces, seasoning, and Chinese cooking techniques.
- Monitor stock levels, proper storage, FIFO, and minimize food wastage.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and other kitchen team members for smooth service.
- Handle food preparation efficiently during peak hours.




- Guide and support Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Good wok handling, cooking, plating, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and storage practices.
- Ability to handle the Chinese section independently.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy café operations.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Professional and disciplined approach to kitchen operations.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
